The Orkla River is one of Norway's best salmon rivers. The fishing season starts on the 1st of June and ends on 31st of August. The Aunan waters have fresh fish running all through the season.

The fishing at Aunan Lodge comes with skilled guides, dedicated to making the day on the river bank pleasant and exciting.

The dramatic scenery and the feeling of being close to nature are two major features of Aunan. Located on the river bank in a quiet and tranquil setting, no major roads or railways will interfere with your experience of pure nature. When dinner is served - often on the riverbank near the open fire - most people relish the very special atmosphere at Aunan.
