Sea Fishing at the Reisa Fjord Hotel

On board our vessel ’Troms Explorer’ you will have a fishing experience you will never forget. We fish in the area of the Kvænangen Fjord and Lyngen Fjord. We reach fishing grounds that are beyond the reach of smaller boats.
We fish for cod, haddock, wolfish, coalfish, redfish and halibut. Our guides are skippers and fishermen who have been fishing in the area for years and know the waters very well. We practice Catch & Release fishing mostly, but also keep some fish for eating back on shore.

Recommended clothing:

Summer:

Walking boots, outdoor clothing, hat/cap, light gloves (only for your safety).  

Winter:

Really warm walking boots, gloves, woolen hat, warm underwear, winter outdoor clothing.

Included in the trip:

Transfer from and to the base at Reisafjord Hotel or the airport at Sørkjosen, guide service, a free picture DVD, coffee and tea on the trip, floatation suite from FLADEN, fishing equipment from PENN (rod & reel + perks and shads)

Not included: 

All clothing apart from floatation suite.

Guests have to pay separately for perks, shads and swivels they may lose during the fishing.

Early March to end of September

All activities depends on weather and we reserve the right to change the programme accordingly.
