As a keen and experienced angler, paul has spent lots of time finding the best places to fish, in any given conditions and at any time of the year. Paul will always be available to ensure you get the best out of your time at Dromagowlane House.

No time is lost or wasted - upon arival Paul will take you on a guided tour of the area, ensuring you waste nothing of your valuable holiday time. Paul will point out the best fishing marks and will be available to provide daily advice. Paul has an excellent range of tackle to suit all fishing styles. His advice, guiding and instruction is free to guests.

There is a fully stocked tackle and bait shop on site to cater for all your needs with frozen and fresh bait in stock.

Guests have caught rays to 14lbs, huss to 17lbs, mullet to 7lbs, pollack to 10lbs, wrasse to 5lbs, bass to 9lbs, plaice to 4lbs and conger to 40lbs plus a variety of other species.

This goes a long way to ensure guests return year after year but it could also be down to the peace and tranquillity of the area, the wonderful scenery, the friendly locals, and last but not least Anne's cooking which has resulted in several guests leaving a little heavier than when they arrived.

One further piece of information for those requiring liquid refreshment or bar meals, the Sugar Loaf Pub is no more than a 5 minute walk away, sometimes a little longer coming back.!

The bedrooms at Dromadowlane House are ensuite and furnished to the highest standards. All rooms have flat screen TV (HD) with satellite channels and DVD/CD player. Tea & Coffee facilities. Complimentary mineral water and toiletries. Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer.

Dining:

A full choice breakfast menu is available every morning. Dinner is available by prior arrangement and all food is sourced from their organic garden and farm or from nearby quality producers. Pack lunches are also available.
