Cork's Inniscarra Lake is part of the River Lee system and is again bursting with bream! . There are also tench, roach, hybrids, rudd and even carp, appearing in catches. 

Last year (2011) saw huge catches of quality bream and roach with angling regular's John Hunt and friends bagging up with 200lb plus catches of bream and 100lb bags of roach on a daily basis. Certainly some of the best fishing in Europe and the best summer catches to date. NOW is the time to fish this scenic water, with little angling pressure, easy access and fantastic coarse fishing.

Water levels do vary as this is a rservoir. It has good access and generally offers prolific fishing. The River Blackwater for roach and dace is within easy reach. You should bring your ground bait feeder kit, waggler, sliding float and pole gear.
