Clients had 200lb plus bream catches this summer fishing pre baited swims by TJ Tackle who operates an excellent guide service. Big roach shoals enter the river in early summer too. Ideal for family breaks and touring. There are four bedrooms (1D 4S). Situated in the town, the nearest pub is 200 yards and there are 13 of them! No pets.
April & May is when the Scarrif river fills with roach then bream. 100lb bags common at this time. Fantastic fishing beside the cottages and great value special offer prices.

Ideally located on the bank of Lough Derg and within easy reach of main Shannon hot spots and Clare Lakeland. Good lake fishing for bream, roach, rudd, hybrids, tench and pike. Boat rental allows anglers to explore remote shorelines and islands on Lough Derg. This huge lough also offers prime pike fishing.
The Marina Walk cottages are close to the lake and provide 3 bedrooms. Bed linen and towels provides. Guests must pay a £60 security deposit on arrival. There is a bait room on site. Boats and engines for hire. TJ Angling Services also collect anglers from the holiday centre. No pets.
The nearby twin villages of Killaloe and Ballina offer a choice of dining, pubs and shops. A great location for serious and family anglers.
