There are big waters like the Spui, a riverised canal and the Herringvleet a huge stillwater, literally stuffed with big bream shoals, in addition to roach, hybrids, ide, carp and freshwater mullet. Smaller but equally prolific waters like the Voorne and Bernice canals provide easier fishing.
All waters are within easy reach of each other and our fishing centres are about 10 minutes drive from the port (Europort).

Situated close to the large lake of Haringvliet, this excellent complex of villas offers high standards of accommodation. The old fortified town of Hellevoetsluis is nearby.
All the villas sleep 5 or 6 persons in 3 bedrooms with a choice of one or two bathrooms. The living room area is open plan and has a TV and stereo. The kitchens are fully equipped and include a dishwasher. The villas are well furnished in various styles and some overlook and have access to the resorts own lake where a variety of fish are caught. There is ample parking and gardens have a spacious terrace with garden furniture.
Facilities include a restaurant, café bar and Tony's Pub where you can relax with a drink and a game of pool or darts.
Citta Romana is an ideal base for fishing the excellent local waters including the Voorne Kanal, River Spui and Zuider Deeps.

This is a modern hotel with twin bedded rooms which are comfortable, compact and have en-suite and facilities including colour TV. Some rooms are on the ground floor. This friendly hotel is 5 minutes walk from the town centre, it has a popular restaurant and the parking is excellent. There is no bait fridge, however there is a tackle shop in the town centre. The Hotel Bastion is situated in a quiet location but with easy access to the town.

This is a very popular self catering holiday complex consisting of 13 small but comfortable chalet bungalows. The cooking facilities are very limited but meals can be purchased in the on-site restaurant/bar where you can also relax with a drink.
Each chalet sleeps up to 6 but we suggest no more than 4 people. Linen is included. De Goede Reede is close to excellent fishing venues. There is also a nature reserve close by.
Fishing permits are available on site, bait storage is available and there is a tackle shop in Stellendam just 10 minutes drive away. Please book early as these chalets fill fast.
